Having joined the Ylub at an early stage, the man they call Finnis had his Cabinet status stripped from him following the loss of his Yak in an unfortunate financial transaction.

Finnis has since lurked in the shadows like a bad smell, biding his time and waiting for the opportunity to return to his rightful place.
